Arrests were executed by the Rockland County Computer Crimes Task Force and were part of joint investigations with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Homeland Security Investigations Division, the U.S. Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force, the state Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
