The Livingston County prosecutor's office has authorized an arrest warrant for a Highland Township man accused of robbing the Hartland Township Shell gas station. Marcus Joseph Delamerced, 36, entered a plea in Livingston County Circuit Court to two counts of aggravated assault in exchange for prosecutors dismissing a higher felony of assault with intent to maim and two counts of felonious assault.
