The depot is an old building and by the time BWL removes lead paint and asbestos, fixes up the plumbing and electricity and remodels that building they could have built a pole barn cheaper. When are we going to realize that biofuel production is creating jobs, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and strengthening our nation's security?
