Abstract (Document Summary)

PRIME Minister Yitzhak Rabin came to West Orange, New Jersey, Monday night to express empathy and gratitude to the family of Alisa Flatow, the Brandeis University student who died last month from injuries sustained in the terror attack near Kfar Darom.

"I can't find the words to express our thanks and admiration - thanks for what they have decided, in transplanting parts of the body of their daughter that gave life to some Israelis," Rabin said.

"The heart of Alisa works and gave life to an Israeli in Jerusalem," said Rabin, who stopped at the home of [Stephen Flatow] and Rosalyn Flatow en route to Israel after meetings in Washington.
