Abstract (Document Summary)

Palestinian gunmen fired at IDF troops there throughout the day and rioters hurled stones, petrol bombs and over 100 hand grenades at the soldiers.

The army listed over a dozen shooting and bombing incidents in Samaria, Judea and the Gaza Strip over the weekend, none of which caused any injuries. IDF outposts in Gedid, and at Kfar Darom came under grenade attack, as well as the Termit post along the Egyptian- Israeli border.

The Termit position has been a focus of Palestinian attacks and the army said that over 50 grenades were thrown at it on Friday. Also Friday, the IDF said the Gush Katif settlement of Gedid came under mortar attack, but the shell hit outside the settlement.
