Over the last two years, Iran has been purchasing medical and hi-tech equipment through Israeli companies that have subsidiaries in Europe, industry sources said. The equipment has been ordered by Iranian officials from companies including Salgad and Geneva, a company partially owned by Koor. Industry sources said Salgad, a trading company, was established to conduct trade with Iranian companies in fields ranging from farming to communications.
