The nearly 27,000-square foot building is scheduled to hold at least two other restaurants and a sports-themed barber when it is completed around the end of May, said Ben Truex, who works in the sales and lease division of Gary A. Taylor Investment Co. He said his company will maintain ownership of the building and provide lease space to business owners.
