According to Wikipedia, "Self-care includes all health decisions people (as individuals or consumers) make for themselves and their families to ensure they are physically and mentally fit." Even now, it's good to unplug from the daily news cycle at some point and engage in a little R&R. If you're celebrating the onset of summer right now, pour yourself a glass of lemonade, put on your sunglasses, and settle into your hammock-let's see what Information Today's regular contributors have to say about how they practice self-care. Apart from sports, news, and history stuff, a program called First Dates-a fly-onthe-wall show featuring the lovelorn of all ages and types on a first blind date at a fancy London restaurant.
