Michael Cairns joined Publishing Technology with 20 years of experience in digital publishing and operations management. As CEO, Cairns works to ensure that the company produces the best products possible within its main business segments. He said that one of his important tasks is to ensure that the company is thought of and identified with opportunities to deliver enterprise software, content management and sales and marketing services when these opportunities come up with their current clients end new clients in the publishing business. He added that publishers with better processes that support the key aspects of better content management are seeing revenue improvements and they'll see more "content everywhere" because of this.
