Businesses that depend on the recurring revenue model of subscriptions need to be able to manage their userbases efficiently. Scout Analytics helps with that management by offering analytics packages and automation solutions to its 100-plus customers. Two new solutions, Scout Playbooks and the enhanced Scout Suite, are designed to make it easy for companies to track usage data and send automated messages to subscribers. With Scout Suite, customers can access new Playbooks for each application. The Suite monitors for retention and helps businesses decide which customers might be the best advocates and who can be recruited for marketing.
