Google Now is an intelligent search assistant that provides "helpful cards with information you need throughout the day, before you even ask." Recently, Google Now added a Reminders feature that lets users create location-based and time-based reminders. It's perhaps most helpful when traveling. Grokr, a venture capital-hacked startup based in Sunnyvale, CA, introduced a new mobile application for iOS in December 2012. The Grokr app has already had several upgrades since then, including a complete redesign. The company calls it "a predictive search and discovery service built for your mobile world" and claims "The Knowledge You Seek Will Find You."
