Page Print Return Policy
We hope you cherish your page reproduction for many years. To insure you enjoy your purchase, please keep the following in mind as you place your order:
- All pages prior to 1/1/2003 are printed in black and white from microfilm, even if they were originally published in color
- For 1/1/2003 and later, only front pages and section fronts are available in color (must select "COLOR" option in Publication drop down menu).
- All other pages from 1/1/2003 and later are only available in black and white from microfilm.
- You are purchasing a full newspaper page reproduction, not an individual article or photo
- Article continuation pages must be ordered separately
As each page reproduction is custom made, we are unable to accept returns other than in the following situations:
- Wrong page was received (does not match order)
- Incorrect size, frame or matte
- Damage occurred in transit
If your print was defective due to one of the above reasons, please contact our Customer
Service Department at (800) 521-3042 to arrange a replacement. Returns without a Return
Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted
