The man landed in the gravel parking lot off of Spring Street labeled as belonging to the Burger Boat Co. Police, fire and ambulance personnel responded to the reports that came over the police scanner at about 1:15 p.m. Efforts from witnesses, police and members of the Manitowoc Fire Department to revive the subject were not successful and he was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Fire Department, according to Zimney's release.
