Boy killed in accidental shooting

A 13-year-old boy was fatally shot at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday when he and a 12-year-old friend were shooting blackbirds in the town of Franklin, just east of Reedsville, said Manitowoc County Sheriff Robert Hermann in a news release Monday morning.
