According to Dr. Edward Cumella, executive director of Remuda Programs for Eating & Anxiety Disorders, the number is now quadruple what it was in 1997. Lynn Victory, a registered and licensed dietician and a member of the Cottage group, say a wide range of eating disorder diagnoses exist, from body dysmorphia to anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and exercise bulimia.
