There were books for children of divorced parents, children of same-sex couples, even people with gay spouses, but none for children with one gay parent and one straight parent. For Pete, who is a retired educator at Browning Public Schools and now lives in East Glacier Park, the Gay Dad Project came a surprise, but not an unwelcome one.
