Florida Power & Light, Progress Energy and Orlando Utilities Commission say they don't solicit energy audits via phone or in person, and that anyone employed by a power company will have some form of picture I.D. "We do not do telephone solicitations on energy surveys or audits," FPL spokesman Mayco Villafana told Brevard Watchdog.
