"In many ways the water reflects us, and what products we use," said Sally Gutierrez, director of the EPA's National Risk Management Research Laboratory, a large concrete building that sits on Martin Luther King Drive near the UC campus. "Innovation is happening at lightning speed, so as that technology develops, we've got to get it to market more quickly," said Melinda Kruyer, executive director of the Confluence board and head of Kruyer and Associates, a marketing and public relations firm in West Chester Township.
