After moving her gallery and framing company, ADC, Art Design Consultants, from Pendleton last year, Spanos installed bamboo flooring and gave local design firms carte blanche to paint the walls, hang drapery and install light fixtures to create temporary showrooms for the "Cincinnati Design Star" competition, which debuted in 2010.
