Staff writer Family members of a black man cried and hugged each other when a jury convicted a white man of premeditated murder late Thursday night. Jurors deliberated almost five hours before convicting Dondie Tidwell, 23, of Flat Rock Road on charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, felony murder and kidnapping of Gregory Dodson, 22, of Baltimore. Since he snitched on me, I'd do it to him.
