WASHINGTON (AP) The Federal Trade Commission has ordered Modern Marketing Service, Inc., a purchasing organization with headquarters in Chicago, and a group of wholesale grocery firms for which it buys Red and White private brand foodstuffs and like commodities, to "cease and desist from violation of the brokerage section of the RobinsonPatman Act."
