Cunningham Drug May Get Marshall Chain of 42 Stores

DETROIT--Final details of a plan for acquisition by Cunningham Drug Stores, Inc., of control of the Marshall Drug Co. of Cleveland are being worked out. The latter company was established more than 50 years ago and operates a chain of 42 drug stores. Sales in 1939 approximated $3,000,000.
