Montreal--Directors of Halifax Shipyards, Ltd., have approved of the terms on which the enterprise is to be consolidated with the Dominion Steel Corporation and the Nova Scotia Steel & Coal & Co., Ltd., and in common with the two larger enterprises will in the course of the next ten days or so, formally submit the proposal before the shareholders.
