With mounting locavore sentiment, a strong wine and culinary tourism industry already established and a farm brewery bill in the state's legislative pipeline, these hop farmers, brewing entrepreneurs and, to a lesser extent, grain growers are tapping into a craft beer market that is growing nationally, including in the Finger Lakes.
