Circuit Court Judge William Simpson declared the case of Deandre Antoine Wright, 24, a mistrial Thursday after the jury could not come to a unanimous decision on the charges of first- and second-degree rape, first- and second-degree assault, sexual abuse of a minor and third-degree sexual offense.
