Ms. Pitre is survived by: one son, Kevin James Pitre of Opelousas; five daughters, Carla M. Pitre, Sheila Pitre (Joshua Guillory) and Sheena Pitre, all of Opelousas, Eunice Pitre of Duson and Keisa Pitre of Lake Charles; two brothers, Clarence Pete of Dallas, TX and Walter (Linda) Pete of Lake Charles; four sisters, Marjorie Goodwill, Loubertha (John) Hall and Stella (Leroy) Dunbar, all of Opelousas and Gladys Young of Lake Charles; five step brothers, William Rentin, Horace Rentin, Calvin Rentin, Harry Rentin and Milton Rente, all of Kinder; one step sister, Marie Rentin of Kinder; special sister-in-law, Margaret Pete of Lake Charles; special nephews, Ronald Milburn of Lafayette, Leroy Dunbar, Jr., Patrick Hall, Kenneth Garrick , Anthony Garrick and Jeffery Jerome Tyler, all of Opelousas and Don Garrick of Lake Charles; a special great niece, Chinita Tyler Texada of Opelousas; sixteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one step grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
