10 YEARS AGO. Dois I. Rosser Jr., a Hampton businessman, was named Unsung Virginian of 1986 for his extensive business, civic and religious accomplishments.

Rosser owned a Chrysler-Plymouth Dodge dealership in Ashland and Poquoson Motors and Coliseum Lincoln-Mercury in Hampton.

At age 74 Rosser continues to operate auto dealerships and real estate developments, in addition to International Corporating Ministries that operates out of Hampton.
