MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., Nov. 29--Roy J. Oen '34, varsity center for two years, was elected captain of the football team at University of Minnesota, it was announced here last night. Captain Oen comes from Thief River Falls, Minn. He succeeds Walter Hass '34, halfback.
