The ristorante, a composition of three Italian farmhouse-styled dining rooms, gleaming open kitchen and wraparound outdoor patio, has sprawled across the far corner of the Barclay Farms plaza for three years. Tossed in bright pomodoro (which cooks in just three minutes), creamy Gorgonzola sauce and hunter-green pesto and lined up on a long plate in that order, the starter looked like the Italian flag reproduced in pasta.
