New Albany to buy guns

New Albany will offer a gun buyback program for the first time from noon to 8 p.m. Friday at the former Ekin Avenue Recreation Center, 1721 Ekin Ave. Private donations and town funds for quality-of-life initiatives will pay for the new program, said Michael A.
