MetroSafe Communications received a report of a man possibly severely injuring a leg and an arm in the 200 block of Alpha Avenue in Buechel shortly before 4:30 p.m. The wanton endangerment charge relates to shrapnel from the device penetrating a nearby house and lodging in a wall, Mitchell said.
