The Louisville Metro Ethics Commission found that Green violated multiple sections of the city's ethics law in both cases -- including that several of her relatives worked for the summer jobs program, and that she secretly had the non-profit agency that received the $7,500 grant reroute most of the money to other groups at her direction.
