Greensboro, N. C., March 27.--(AP.)--Defending champion Lloyd Mangrum of Chicago birdied the final hole to tie Sammy Snead of While Sulphur Springs, W. Va., for first place at 276 today in the $10,000 Greensboro Open golf tournament. They will meet tomorrow afternoon (1 p. m.) in an 18 hole playoff.
