Brooklyn, July 1.--(AP.)--The last-place Phillies, who had lost ten straight games to the Dodgers this season and 18 of their last 21 against all foes, beat Brooklyn 6 to 4 in a ten-inning struggle today and knocked the Dodgers out of a tie for the National League lead.
