Regarding the July 12 article ("OK or Not OK?") concerning the censorship of books in schools and public libraries: Perhaps Mary Ann Pressamarita (head of the Connecticut Citizens for Decency) is right, that the world would be a better place to live if we protected our children from the harsh realities of life.
