Abstract (Document Summary)

We sampled the soup of the day, minestrone, and it was full of perfectly cooked vegetables in a light broth. This traditional soup can be too salty, with overcooked ingredients, but Sal's version with pasta was fresh and hearty. Pasta of the day was angel-hair with shrimp and vegetables in a seafood broth. Again, perfectly cooked pasta, shelled pink shrimp and tons of veggies, enough for two healthy appetites.
