Greensboro, N. C., March 27.--(AP.)--Defending champion Lloyd Mangrum of Chicago birdied the final hole to tie Sammy Snead of While Sulphur Springs, W. Va., for first place at 276 today in the $10,000 Greensboro Open golf tournament. They will meet tomorrow afternoon (1 p. m.) in an 18 hole playoff. The two finished two strokes ahead of amateur Frank Strannhan, Toledo, Ohio, the leader at the end of the first and second rounds, and Lew Worsham, Oakmont...
