One highlight of the gala will be a performance by young, upcoming musical theater performer Natalie Weiss, noted for her participation in "American Idol" and for her portrayal of "Elphaba" in the second national tour of "Wicked."

Award-winning mezzo-soprano Elizabeth Duhr, an active performer in recital and opera, will also appear, as will Sem theater director Jason Sherry, who has acted in many regional theaters and in films such as the Emmy-nominated "Stories from the Mines" and other independent movies. He also appeared as "Tevya" in the 2008 PAI production of "Fiddler on the Roof."

Plymouth Borough, in conjunction with "The Great Pennsylvania Cleanup," will conduct a street litter cleanup this morning from 8 to 10 a.m. Citizen volunteers are needed in every section of the borough. Any school, church civic organization, Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts are welcomed to help. Vest, gloves and bags are supplied by PennDOT.
