Abstract (Document Summary)

Larry Eyler, a suspect in the deaths of more than 20 young men and boys, was found guilty Wednesday of murdering a 15-year-old youth who prosecutors said "spoke" to the jurors through circumstantial evidence.

Eyler was convicted of murdering Daniel Bridges, whose dismembered body was found in a North Side garbage dumpster on Aug. 21, 1984.

"No one came into this courtroom and said 'Yes, I saw Larry Eyler tie Danny Bridges' hands,"' Stock told the jury. "Or 'I saw Larry Eyler stab and murder Danny Bridges' or 'I saw Larry Eyler cut Danny Bridges into eight pieces with a hacksaw.'
