For the third time this year, Britisher Phil Collins has achieved the coveted chart "double"--having both the No. 1 single and No. 1 album in the same week.

Collins' first and second "doubles" came in late March and early April, when his LP "No Jacket Required" ruled the album charts during the same two weeks that the LP's first single, the bittersweet ballad "One More Night," was America's No. 1 song.
