Now, as this family-run business prepares to go public this winter, it is marketing the sequel-the Door Club for use in the home.
An avuncular man with twinkling blue eyes and a beard, Winner, 64, exudes the salesman's confidence. He predicts the Door Club will take off faster than The Club. "There are more doors than cars," said Winner, the company's chief executive and president.
