Michael Bethke, 29, allegedly killed Joseph Lesinski Jr., 49, of Burnham, last year by severing his head in the storeroom of the all-night store where they both worked.

Although the three psychiatrists said Bethke was insane at the time of the slaying, two of their reports said Bethke could go to trial if he remains on medication.
