Abstract (Document Summary)

On the LP list, his "Roll With It" swept to the top spot in just its seventh chart week, ending the No. 1 run of Def Leppard's year-old "Hysteria," which dropped to No. 2.

It also gives him a prestigious "double," because his "Roll With It" single this week rolled to an incredible fourth straight week at No. 1.

However, Winwood's party may be finally over next week, at least on the singles' charts. "Roll With It" has no chance of holding off Michael's latest hit, "Monkey," which zipped from No. 8 to No. 2 this week and is really building momentum.
