I see by the papers that the old New York Hippodrome is about to be demolished again. They have been either tearing it down or building it up periodically for the last ten years. but now they say the old landmark will certainly be demolished next Sept. 1. The bank that owns it must have more revenue from the site than the eight stores and the Auditorium bring in.
