The U.S. military wants Al Qaeda fighters captured so they can be questioned about the whereabouts of bin Laden and other leaders of the terrorist network. But Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld acknowledged Wednesday that the U.S. is relying heavily on Pakistani border forces and Afghan fighters to hunt down and detain Al Qaeda members fleeing over the border.
