Delphi bosses say they will take pay cuts ; UAW terms bonus plan 'pay for failure'

The action comes after the United Auto Workers harshly criticized Delphi's decision to beef up severance packages for top executives the day before it filed for bankruptcy. Delphi also is asking the court to approve bonuses for key executives and stock and cash bonuses for several hundred employees if the company emerges from bankruptcy.
