Millions have logged onto www.amiannoying.com to rate the most annoying people, places and things. According to the "cities" category list on the Web site, Chicago is the No. 1 least annoying city on the planet, with just a 22 percent annoying rate! It's unclear why. The list reveals the Chicago cliches: great pizza, Second City, blah, blah. The downside: corruption, O'Hare, blah, blah. Perhaps with the Cubs cutting Sammy Sosa loose, there's one less annoying thing about Chicago (and one more annoying thing about Baltimore.)
