[Bill Lawrence] also is developing shows with Tim Hobert (a comedy starring Brian Regan for NBC) and Neil Goldman and Garrett Donovan ("Nobody's Watching," a reality-TV spoof for the WB), all of whom have worked with Lawrence on "Scrubs" or "Spin City." He's hoping his NBC Universal-based production company, Doozer, can serve as a training ground for writers to become showrunners.
