Chicago, Ill.
From 1986 to 1994, [Tony C. Caputo] introduced the world to artists such as John Tobias, who went on to co-create the hugely popular video game "Mortal Kombat," and [Alex Ross], now one of the industry's biggest talents. From NOW's former offices at 332 S. Michigan Ave., Caputo recruited young talent from the nearby American Academy of Art, including Ross. Reproduced with permission of the copyright owner.
