Chicago lawyer Marvin Glass, one of 13 people indicted by a federal grand jury in Texas in connection with a drug-smuggling case, was reported in serious condition Wednesday in a Florida hospital. Glass, 40, a former Cook County prosecutor, also is under investigation by a federal grand jury in Chicago. He was severely injured last month when he was struck by a truck near Ft.
